Ingredients
- 3/4 oz mezcal
- 3/4 oz tequila
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz Rosemary infused grapefruit syrup (juice:sugar = 1:1)
- Dash of grapefruit bitters
- Ice
- Garnish with grapefruit twist and burnt Rosemary
Preparation
- Combine grapefruit juice, sugar and 2 sprigs of rosemary in small pot, on medium heat and reduce by half
- Pour all ingredients ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Shake well and pour in rocks glass over ice
- Garnish with grapefruit twist and rosemary
