Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz mezcal
  • 3/4 oz tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Rosemary infused grapefruit syrup (juice:sugar = 1:1)
  • Dash of grapefruit bitters
  • Ice
  • Garnish with grapefruit twist and burnt Rosemary

Preparation

  1. Combine grapefruit juice, sugar and 2 sprigs of rosemary in small pot, on medium heat and reduce by half
  2. Pour all ingredients ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  3. Shake well and pour in rocks glass over ice
  4. Garnish with grapefruit twist and rosemary
