Instant Italian with Anna Gass

Anna shows us how to think of pasta in a snackable way with her version of Italian fried pasta, known as Frittatina, and a sheet pan pasta recipe made with cherry tomatoes, onions, and garlic, baked in the oven, blended with mascarpone, and served over rigatoni.
