Waterfront House Hunting

Olivia and Loren are tired of renting and want to put down permanent roots and purchase a waterfront home of their own in the gorgeous seaside city of Portland Maine. Loren is very price conscious due to their hopes of having children in the close future, although they need a big house for those future children, and big homes cost big money. Neither of them have a lot of spare time, due to busy work schedules, to put into home renovations, which doesn’t bode well for Olivia who yearns for that East Coast charm and character of an older home. Hopefully Seth can come to the rescue to help Loren and Olivia find the perfect waterfront home that appeals to them both.

Steven, Sara and their adorable kids recently made the big move from Texas to Puerto Rico in search of a more carefree, relaxed and cultured life. They want to settle down in the quaint coastal town of Aguada, where they hope to find the home of their dreams. Steven wants to be as close to the ocean as possible, whereas Sara prefers to be high in the mountains, away from the threat of Tsunamis, and where they can enjoy gorgeous views. Sara has concerns about the wear and tear the salt water will have on their home but with Steven’s background in construction, he is confident they can maintain any home. Hopefully Seth can step in and help these two find the happy medium that will be a paradise for the entire family to enjoy.

Sheldon and Chavah have big plans to purchase their dream home on the Big Island of Hawaii. Budget conscience Sheldon doesn’t want to spend their entire wad on a home as he is anxious to start a family and wants the extra cash to afford little ones. While his wife Chavah wants to put babies on hold and focus on her career, and therefore requires a home with extra space for her event planning needs. They need the help of waterfront expert Seth Stisher to help them focus on their top priorities and find a house that works for the now, as well as whatever the future holds.

East coast natives Chris and Sheri have recently made the move back to their home state of Massachusetts. With 6 month old Sawyer now in the picture they want to be closer to family. Both Chris and Sheri grew up by in the beautiful rocky seacoast and want to make sure Sawyer grows up with the same lifestyle. Sheri wants to stay within their budget while Chris is willing to spend it all on the perfect Cape Cod retreat. With budget differences aside, this family can’t wait to start their home hunt and set roots in Scituate, Massachusetts.

Colorado natives Kassey and Briton are tired of the snow and looking for a tropical change. These two music lovers are leaving the landlocked main land behind and moving to Rincon, Puerto Rico. Kassey would like a home with Latin flavor where she can step outside and dive right into the sparkling blue Caribbean sea. Briton wants a house with a laid back vibe and majestic views. For this couple, the outdoor space is just as important as the indoor space, they want to make sure they have enough space for their band to practice and friends to come and enjoy the music.
