With three teenagers in the house, Joe and Sheri live a hectic life of sports, homework and family meals. But they’ll be empty nesters soon, and it’s motivating them to look tiny. Their hope is to find a place that will work immediately as a family retreat for five, but also serve as a permanent residence for the two when the kids fly the coop. Joe and Sheri are led on their search by local agent Jackie, who does her best to navigate their differences in size and location.
