Currently based in Los Angeles, Adam scored his first post as a chef working for his brother’s Philadelphia restaurant, The Smoked Joint. As a hot dog connoisseur, he has launched his own line of sausages and collaborated with famed hot dog restaurant, Dog Haus, on hot dog creations like the “Thanksgivvukah dog.” Adam has appeared on “The Next Food Network Star,” “Kid in A Candy Store,” “Will Work for Food” and the movie talk show “FX Movie Download.”
