Broken Ornament Cocktail

Ingredients
- 6 oz Bourbon
- 6 oz Ginger Beer
- Crushed ice
- Raspberries
- Rock candy stick
- Gold luster dust
Preparation
- Add crushed ice to glass.
- Add bourbon.
- Add ginger beer.
- Garnish with lime zest ribbons, raspberries, rock candy sticks.
- Dust raspberries with gold luster dust.
Christmas Tree Martini

Ingredients
- 4 oz Vodka
- 1.5 oz Triple Sec
- 6 oz Tonic
- .5 oz Honey
- Ice
- Fresh Cranberries
- Clear sanding sugar
- Corn syrup
Preparation
- Add ice to shaker.
- Add vodka, triple sec, honey to shaker and shake.
- Rim glass with corn syrup and sugar.
- Strain cocktail into glass.
- Top with tonic.
- Garnish with rosemary, cranberries and gold straw.
Santa’s Spiked Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 6 oz Vanilla vodka
- 4 oz White chocolate liqueur
- 6 oz Baileys
- 8 oz Half & Half
- Chocolate from advent calendar
- Heavy cream
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla
- Cocoa powder
- Chocolate shavings
- Decorated Christmas cookies
Preparation
- Add half & half to sauce pot and heat until scalded.
- Add advent calendar chocolates and stir until melted, remove from heat and set aside.
- Whip cream, sugar and vanilla together.
- Add vodka, liqueur and baileys to mug.
- Add hot chocolate milk and stir.
- Garnish with whipped cream, cocoa, chocolate shavings and Christmas cookie.
